Here some information to reach the Certosa di Pontignano, Siena, where the workshop will be held.

The closest airport is in Firenze.

From Firenze Railway Station there are trains to Siena every hour (on the 10th) and it takes 1h 28m to reach Siena (for instance, leaving Firenze at 11:10 and getting to Siena at 12:38).

From Pisa Railway Station there are trains to Siena every hour (on the 54th) with a connection in Empoli and it takes 1h 44m to reach Siena (for instance, leaving Pisa at 10:54 and getting to Siena at 12:38).

We are planning bus transportation from Siena Railway Station to the Certosa (which is about 10 km from Siena): there will be a bus waiting for the participants at Siena Railway Station on October 9th, 18:00.

We are also planning a bus from Firenze airport to the Certosa, leaving Firenze airport at about 18:00 of October 9th, so that they should be able to make it to the Certosa for dinner.

We also recall that there is taxi service from Siena Station to the Certosa at a special rate of 20.00 Euro.
